For enterprise customers, we collect operational telemetry data necessary for the provision of our digital twin and predictive AI services. This data is processed exclusively within your designated single-tenant environment and is never commingled with data from other customers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions and send related information; to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; and to send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.

3. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Enterprise customer data is retained according to the terms specified in individual Master Service Agreements.

4. International Data Transfers

Nexia operates globally and may transfer your information to countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EEA.
